Recipes – Using Orange Essential Oil

Household Cleaner – Take a spray bottle half-filled with water and add 10-15 drops of orange essential oil. You can also add other oils such as lemon and bergamot in similar quantities. Shake the bottle and then spray this onto surfaces to leave them clean and fresh.

Circulation Boosting Massage - Use 4 teaspoons of carrier oil and add 4 drops of orange oil before massaging into the skin. Using this on the abdomen helps to improve blood flow.

Anti-Aging Blend – Use 2 teaspoons of carrier oil that is suitable for facial massage and add just 2 drops of the orange essential oil for a facial massage. A patch test is recommended as those with sensitive skin might find this blend a little irritating at first. If the blend does seem to be too strong for the skin, try again with just 1 drop of the orange oil.
